Biography: Richard Reed Simm
Borne in the potteries in 1927
Richard is a self taught artist who went to work for Coalport.
When he left school WW2 broke out, he went to serve in the North Staffordshire Regiment.
On his return he worked in the transport business until 1971 when he turned professional Artist and went door to door to sell his work.
Richard work has been sold by most of the major art galleries throughout the UK and is Much sought after by collectors or English Rustic paintings.
