Biograpgy: Hans Jurgen Menzinger
Hans was born in 1943 in Brunn ( Czechoslovakia).
His talent in drawing and painting was identified during high school and subsequently he proceeded to study painting at the prestigious Academy in Dortmund with Professor Hilpert.
He has always been fascinated by the old masters and so frequently visited the famous Dutch museums. As a result he continued his studies at the Academy of Gent and subsequently the Academy in Roulers.
After his studies he worked as a freelance artist producing graphics and paintings with great success. After visiting museums in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Sweden, Impressionism became his favourite style. His impressionistic landscapes have given him world renown.
His city scenes, landscapes of Southern France and coastal scenes of the North Sea are the most desired subjects of his followers
